Emerald co-founded Cairn in early 2015, recognising Ireland’s chronic supply and demand imbalance in the residential housing market. Emerald assisted with the build out of the operational team, provided pre-IPO bridge finance and led the IPO of Cairn in June 2015 where €440m of primary capital was raised.
